R6300 WiFi not enabled, even after configuration
Hey guys,
I got this router used from eBay and am unable to get the WiFi working. The ethernet cord through the router works though. I've tried spoofing a MAC address with my computer's. The firmware is updated. What else can I do?
No indicator LEDs for radios? Did you enalbe the radios when you configure the router?
Tried resetting the router?

Can you access the router's management interface?
The manual for this device is here:
R6300v1 | Product | Support | NETGEAR
Check that the wifi button is on. What do the wifi lights show?
Reset the device to factory settings.

Yes I can access the router management. The wifi light won't come up at all. I've tried pressing the wifi button and enabling guest access. What else should I try?

- DavidOAspirantI only have 4 LEDs. The power, Internet (planet), WiFi, and USB.
Ethernet was previously working, now it is not. We have a friend's netgear n300 and it's having the same issue. I can no longer access the router management interface. Previously when I had access and tried to go to the WiFi settings, nothing would appear. - DavidOAspirantAre you referring to WiFi when you say radio?

I've done several reboots and finally, the interface showed the options to enable radios. Hopefully this router won't continue to be temperamental like this. The ethernet and WiFi work now, although the LED light doesn't come on. Should I be concerned?
Thanks for the help!
EDIT:
My fears of it being temperamental were correct. It isn't working anymore. I'm just going to return it to the user and give them a bad rating on eBay.
