R6300v2 Firmware Version V1.0.3.22_10.1.13SW Firmware update Question

When I go to http://www.netgear.com/support/product/R6300v2.aspx#Firmware Version 1.0.4.8 it shows that my firmware hasnt been updated since November of last year, so I try to do the "Check" for updates via the router itself, but it says there are no updates available, so I download the update manually and try to Upload it, only to get " THIS IS THE INCCORRECT FIRMARE!" or something to that effect... Am I missing something here?

Which version did you retrieve. V1.0.3.22_10.1.13SW is pretty old. Did you try something between that and the most recent?
A clearer description of "or something to that effect" might help.
- Yes I did Unzip it, and when doing a little google-fu I saw someone mention that 1.0.3.28 was a decent middle ground to try first, but that gave me the same error. Its acting as though that is not the correct firmware for the device.
- It literally just said: This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product.
Is it definitely the R6300v2?
I ask because one user thought that the v2 applied to the firmware rather than the hardware. What does the label on the thing say?
- Yep, r6300v2 on both the router and in the control panel of the router itself. The first table is actually copied right from the control panel.
