R6300V2 Readyshare printer

Hi,

I'm having an issue with Readyshare printer utility which is, the printer doesn't show up in the Netgear USB Control Centre.

I'm using a Windows 10 PC, properties are as follows,

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎8/‎19/‎2021
OS build 19043.1165
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

  • Hi michaelkenward NamelessPerson ,

It requires Internet Connection to properly work with "NETGEAR USB Control Centre", I have used a repeater and connected it to my NETGEAR and it worked well and still do!

    And that printer is?

And the firmware on the R6300V2?

      • Canon printers rarely cause serious problems, but their network utility leaves a lot to be desired.

You have installed the printer drivers on all the machines you plan to use through the router?

You say "the printer doesn't show up in the Netgear USB Control Centre", does that mean that the printer does  not work? Those Netgear utilities aren't always essential to get the printer to work.

Thanks for the update. But I am now lost.

Does this mean that you have fixed your problem?
