R6300v2 slow wifi speeds

My r6300v2 is getting slow wifi speeds. I have tried changing the channels and still no luck.
I am using charter spectrum. Internet from isp modem is 67. When I connect over wifi I get 30. Is the any settings I can change to make this better? I already upgraded to the latest firmware. Did a factory reset. Un plugged it and restarted.
Any ideas? Thank you.

    Please try re-flashing the firmware of the router then do a factory reset and check if the issue persists.

    1. What is the firmware version on the router?

    2. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?

    3. Does the issue persist on all your wireless devices?

    4. What is the speed that you're getting when wired to the router?

      firmware v1.0.4.8_10.0.77

      issue persist on 2.4ghz. i dont use the 5ghz except for xbox360. nothing else i have will connect to it. so i never tested the 5 ghz.

      issue does persist on all devices.

      wired directly to the netgear router i got 65.95.

      wireless i got 33

       

      on channel 1 for 2.4 ghz

      i connected my phone to 5ghz. i got 3mbs download speed.
