R6400 Factory Reset reset NEW IP address to all attached devices

R6400 (version V1.0.1.62_1.0.41) fter factory reset for connectivity issue, that issue was resolved.  Now, I have discovered that all attached devices were assigned a new IP address. This is only a huge problem with HP 4520 All-In-One Printer. Numerous printer device removals and reinstalls, of course, pick up the new IP address. I have tried to add the IP address with a new port configuration and OP system will not accept. Two Windows 10 operatings devices have same issue, Dell 3043 Inspirion 20 Desktop and HP Beats 15 Notebook PC.

Is there a way to reassign IP address? If so, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for solution.

Thank you.

       Huh?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for topics like
"Manage Reserves [sic] LAN IP Addresses" and "Reserve an IP Address".

antinode Thank you for your response. I have read and re-read the Owner's manuel for the R6400. The IP address is only addressed in the area for access control - block a device and allow a device on the network.

No, there is no reassign IP address on the router.  There is a update IP address in the printer BUT it will not accept because it is not in the Wiindows 10 assigned local port and will not accept a recongiuration that I've been able to satisfy W10. HP is useless in their support in that it is now out of warrantly. Netgear would love to help me for hourly charges as my router is also out of warranty.   Therefore, I've reached out to the Netgear community for the expertise that may be available.

I appreciate your time in responding.  Thank you again.

           Read it again?

Did you?  (Clearly, _I_ read the User Manual, because otherwise I
wouldn't misspell "Reserved" as "Reserves" here.)  Try page 114?

ADVANCED > Setup > LAN Setup : Address Reservation is where you
assign a specific address to a particular client device.

After you define one or more address reservations, you might need to
shut down the router and your other devices, and then restart
everything, before those new reservations will be effective.

You lost me.  With my weak psychic powers, I can't see what you did,
or what happened when you did it.

"will not accept" is not a useful problem description.  It does not
say what you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As
usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
        descriptions or interpretations.
