R6400 FTLOG WONT UPDATE FIRMWARE
Someone help the vicious user name password cycle when trying to update firmware. If ive got nighthawk app i should be able to click a button and update? Sends me to another website to enter it all again and get nowhere! Ive got 10 min not 10 years! Someone please help im sure its me. Im so annoyed i cant see! Thank you

You have the R6400? And you're trying to update it using the app?
I'd highly recommend against updating using the app. I'd recommend doing it over a hardwired connection to the router.
It shouldn't matter since the router is supposed to host the download/install process but when we see corrupt firmware issues, its usually when done over wireless or when done using the app.
what firmware version are you on?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
