R6400 Networking speeds
I bought this router 1 week ago sadly since I started using it I've had lots of lag spikes and packet loss whenever I game or when I stream Netflix on my TV connected through the ethernet cable and I dont know how to fix it. ive tried to reset my router, the typical turning it on and off and copying the settings from my last router and it doesnt seem to work at all, it also happen that when I do a speedtest, it gives speeds of 200Mbps+ download, and average 150Mbps upload, but suddenly in the next test just after the first one, it just gives up to 10Mbps, but the uploads still over the 100Mbps, it really fluctuates a lot, so I don't know what's happening.
Btw, I have the last firmware version: V1.0.1.20_1.0.16.
Hi Varotk,
1. Does the issue persist when bypassing the router and connecting straight to the modem?
2. You can try changing the MTU. The links below may help out.

3. Have you tried changing the Ethernet cable that is connecting the modem to the router?
4. Does the issue persist on your other wired and wireless devices?
