R6400 WiFi not working
My WiFi calling used to work with previous router (Motorola)
I have Netgear R6400 on Comcast
Firmware Version
V1.0.1.24_1.0.18
WiFi it self works great.
My Phone is Sprint LG Stilus
The WiFi calling will not work on the Phone, even after phone reset and Sprint network reset.
It works on other WiFi networks so it must be my router setting.
Please guide me thru the Router setting to enable WiFi calling.
Found the solution on the web...and it works for me :)
You must enable IPSec Passthrough on the NAT Passthrough tab in the WAN section.
In english....
Go to Advanced ..
WAN setup..
Last line NAT filtering
Switch it from Secured to Open !
Why would Netgear have it on Secured whereby blocking WiFi calling in their Factory set up is a mistery to me.

Is "wifi calling" using wifi instead of your mobile service?
I can't find this in my stash of Netgear manuals. Maybe it is a new concept to Netgear. It does not seem to be something that all phones can do.

I do not know, not an expert,
but as soon I switched the NAT from Secured to Open, it works on my Sprint LG phone. It has a separte WiFi On/Off, and that one was working.
The WiFi calling is also a On/Off but was not working
