R7000 Filtering Levels Not Working

Please make sure you do a factory reset after updating the firmware.

Re-setting the router to factory settings after a firmware update is un-needed.
I have been doing these types of updates for years, with many different makes & models
The "user settings" are cached elsewhere, and reapplied automaticly during the update process.
Elsewise doing a manual backup/and restore would be a better reccomendation, which is why that process is built into the update process.
FYSA: my R7000 has been in active use for 3+ years now, at Firmware level V1.0.9.26_10.2.31. Every update I have done all my user settings were right there were I left them after the update was finished.
