RBR10 keeps dropping out - can't get latest firmware

Hi!

I have an RBR10 connected to a Sky router. Has been perfect for months. Last week I upgraded to ultrafast (fibre to property). Sky router hasn't changed (although no longer used as a modem - fibre plugs straight into router ethernet).

For 4 days - no issues, Orbi rock solid as ever. Last 2 days, Orbi "drops" the connection approx every 10 mins. Things I've done..

  - Connected to the Sky router direct via wifi. Totally reliable with no dropout (I need the Orbi to get a strong signal in my garden office. Need the Sky router for the Sky Q boxes to work)

  - connected to Orbi satellites and main base - no change

  - changed ethernet cable between Sky router and Orbi - no change

  - switched the ethernet port the Orbi plugs into the Sky router - no change

  - reset everything - no change

  - tried to update firmware or Orbi. Oddly... the support page for RBR10 states latest is 2.6.1.38 - but the orbi app / orbi logon both state no new firmware available (but then states it's version 2.3.6.18).......

I'm normally quite good on solving things myself, but am stumped by this! Any help to resolve greatfull appreciated

Cheers!

After messing around with wifi channels, switching mides etc.......... just totally factory reset eveything I coud get my hands on and started from scratch - Sky router, Sky Q, Sky mini, Orbi router and satellites etc.. and now works again. Can't be sure - but the order I did it in suggests it was the Sky equipment caused the issue.
