RBR40 showing offline after I upgraded speed of internet
I'm going crazy - I was dumb enough to upgrade my internet with spectrum modem and now the Orbi says the cables are connected but no internet. I have reset it, unplugged, can't find a n actual number to call orbi and I'm def a novice tech person. I can't even get to the configuration page because you have to be connected to orbi wifi

Try this.
Power off both the modem and the router. Disconnect all cables from both. even coax from modem. let them sit a minute or 2.
then connect coax back to the modem. power it on. wait a few minutes for it to fully boot.
then connect lan cable from modem to wan port on router.
power the router on. give it a couple minutes.
What modem do you have?
what firmware is on your orbi?
