RBS40V no aggiornamento firmware

Question

I have an Orbi RBR50 V2.5.2.4 Router with Orbi RBS40V V2.5.1.6.

The RBS40V cannot update the firmware
I also tried manually (with firmware https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBS40V/RBS40V-V2.6.1.4_1.0.1.zip) but the problem is presented anyway
I also tried to reset the device to factory settings but without benefit

can you give me suggestions?

What actually happens or what error are you getting?&nbsp;What process are you using? updating manaully? updating through the app? Updating on the satellite's login page?&nbsp;

there's 2 versions of the rbs40v. make sure you select the correct one from the drop down.&nbsp;Also, make sure you extract the file.&nbsp;also, there firmware for when its running in orbi mode and firmware for extender mode. Make sure you download the correct one for what mode you're using it in.https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBS40V.aspx
