WNDR 3800 how to create a schedule for 2.4GHz Guest Network and allow 2.4Ghz home network to work.

Putting any potential arguments aside, I think the easiest thing you can do is;
Use DHCP Address Reservation so that the same IP address is always allocated to the target devices (you might need to find out their MAC addresses but that should not be too difficult. In the router’s Connected Devices list you should see the MAC addresses of all currently connected devices, there are Internet sites for MAC Address Lookup which can help identify the device manufacturer.
When you have reserved an IP address for the devices, use the router’s ‘Block Services Setup’ to block all Internet access to selected devices, then apply a schedule to that blocked service.

Awesome thank you for your quick response. I thought of doing this. I just liked the fact that the network disappears on the on/off schedule. But I guess this is the only route to go with this Router. Thanks kindly once again.
