Hi PSE,
Thank you for providing the details.
If you have the anniversary update (1607) installed for your Windows 10, some users reported that the steps below worked for them:
1. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Windows Credentials
2. Add a Windows Credential
3. Enter the directions to the router and the router's user name and password. See example below:
\\readyshare
admin
password
4. Click on OK
5. Check to see if you are able to access the drive via Windows Explorer

Thank you dexter. That worked and I can now access the drive through windows explorer. However, Genie and readyshare vault cannot access it.

Hi PSE,
Thank you for the confirmation.
Please try following the same steps I have provided to add a Windows credential but this time add the router's IP address (default - 192.168.1.1) instead of the \\readyshare. Then, try uninstalling and re-installing both the NETGEAR Genie app/program and ReadySHARE Vault.
