Hi PSE,

Thank you for providing the details.

If you have the anniversary update (1607) installed for your Windows 10, some users reported that the steps below worked for them:

1. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Windows Credentials

2. Add a Windows Credential

3. Enter the directions to the router and the router's user name and password. See example below:

4. Click on OK

5. Check to see if you are able to access the drive via Windows Explorer

One final question, in the readyshare vault settings what is the "smart timeline" backup interval?

Hi PSE,

Thank you for the update. Glad to know that it is working now.

The Smart Timeline option does automatic and incremental backups on a 3 minute interval.
