Router Password Recovery?

I have been trying to log in to my router unsuccessfully.  The "admin" and "password" do not work, so when I try to go through the steps for password recovery, I get prompted to answer my two security questions. Here is where I have a huge problem.  The questions are: 1)What is your oldest sister's name?  and 2) What is your younger sister's name?  

I don't have sisters and therefore would never have set these security questions.  I am wondering if my account has been compromised somehow or crossed with another?  In any event, I am stuck at getting logged in to the router and wondered if anyone had any suggestions?  Thanks!
