Router R6400
Won't connect to the Internet. Connected to Spectrum modem. Spoke with spectrum they couldn't resolve. Said to call netgear. Any ideas?

There is no mention of amber in the quick start guide for ethernet ports. If you read page 11 of the manual it says:
"The LED color indicates the speed: white for Gigabit Ethernet connections and amber for 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps Ethernet connections."
So, when you say:
I have an amber light on port 1 where my Arlo is connected. It means that the Arlo is operating at <Gigabit speeds.

Page 167 onwards.
And this?

I am a bit limited but Birl can you explain your network is wired and connected?
Draw a clear picture.
PLEASE!
- BirlAspirantThanks for the responses. I followed the troubshooting link provided and using genie was able to connect to the internet.
I have an amber light on port 1 where my Arlo is connected. There is no mention of amber in the quick start guide for ethernet ports. Cameras work but not sure it's optimal.
