Router
I am able to login into my router using both netgear genie and routerlogin.net. I can see all my devices connected etc. However, when I try to change router settings I receive a login dialog box again and it says netgear router not found or is not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the guest network and no ipv6 is enabled. Help

If you haven't done it yet, please try resetting the router back to factory defaults and reconfigure the settings. The link below may help you out.

1. What is the model number and firmware version of the router?
2. Try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer).
3. You should still be able to modify the router settings via a browser (routerlogin.net).

1. Model is R6200
2. Tried 2 computers and downloaded netgear genie app on ipad. All show connections all show router connected all show internet connected. Will not allow me to modify router settings. Dialog login box pops up with message above.
3. I tried to modify router settings via browser (tried 3 different browsers) same thing. Logsin fine shows everything fine. Click Admin or wireless or router settings and I get a 404 error message page not found. Please help
