Routerlogin.net suspended my account.
I was trying to get my security system to work on my phone and for some stupid reason tried to figure out why the Wifi was not making the connection. I then had a popup wanting my username and password but was not on a secured site. So I didn't enter it. Then routerlogin.net suspended my account and said to contact your hosting provider for more information. Who is my hosting provider and how the heck do I fix this. Is it possible I got hacked??? I used routerlogin.net but Netgear Genie redirects me to the same place. SO FRUSTRATED!!!
Hi trixkid89,
1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?
2. Accessing routerlogin.net will prompt you to enter the router's username and password to access the router UI/settings and does not have any ability to suspend any accounts.
