Samsung Tv Plus and other steaming issues
I have been using my Nighthawk router without fail. Recently I had to move and reset the router. After doing so it seems the router will not play my streaming channels. (Samsung) says it's my ISP provider. Spectrum says everything is perfect. My conclusion is my router is set wrong and is only slowing half of Samsung and other streaming apps to accept incoming streams do to a port issue, or something. Any clue how to resolve?
I've factory reset device several times.
Also have reset other devices that stream my content.

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Do you have IPv6 enabled?
Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled.
CloudFlare
IPv4: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
IPv6: 2606:4700:4700:0:0:0:0:1111 and 2606:4700:4700:0:0:0:0:1001
GoogleDNS
IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
IPv6: 2001:4860:4860:0:0:0:0:8888 and 2001:4860:4860:0:0:0:0:8844
