so, looking at my products on my netgear account, I see the router listed with the s/n I have been trying to enter. Not sure who/why/when/how the product was registered but it sure didn't seem like it was registered while I did the initial installation, but perhaps it was. nonetheless, it is assigned to me and all support options are avaiable. this discussion can be closed.

I just purchased a netgear n750 wndr4300 router. It was a refurbished/open box from the Amazon dealer. Now when I go in to register it, it shows it was already registered back in 2012.
How do I register it now to myself. From the way the product was sold by the dealer I was expecting to be able to get the original manufactor warrenty/coverage etc.
