so, looking at my products on my netgear account, I see the router listed with the s/n I have been trying to enter. Not sure who/why/when/how the product was registered but it sure didn't seem like it was registered while I did the initial installation, but perhaps it was. nonetheless, it is assigned to me and all support options are avaiable. this discussion can be closed.

Dear all, I bought an R8000 second hand and I also get the message that the serial number is already registered. I want to enable remote managemeten but that is only possible when I register. What can I do? Kr. John
