Setup help ac750

Trying to set up my 2nd range extender. I returned the first because I thought it wasn’t working but this one is the same. After connecting it to the router any connected device has no internet. What am I missing?

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    Are you setting it up using wps or the installation assistant? 

    Firmware on the extender?
