Should RBS40 appear under Your Products in android?

Question

All devices and software are at current code.

In the Orbi app on android, under the HOUSE, I select the House (Your Products). It shows RBR50 - which is what I bought first. Since then, about a week later, I bought an RBS40v and integrated that into my system. It does not show in the Your Products - only the original RBR50. Why doesn't this show all my products? What is wrong with the app?
