suddenly slower connections

Hello,

 

I had for 2 to 3 years 150mbit dowloadspeed al the time and now for a few weeks it drops to 130mbit.

nothing has changed.

 

any ideas?

    2. Is the wired connection affected?

    3. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?

    4. Are all your wireless devices affected?

    5. Have you tried resetting the device?

      1. What is the firmware version of the router? The Newest

      2. Is the wired connection affected? don't now yet, but its ok in modem from provider

      3. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? I only use 5

      4. Are all your wireless devices affected? don't now

      5. Have you tried resetting the device? when i do that do i need to reinstal everything? i already turned power off and on

        Hi albertje,

         

        1. Please check if the wired connection is affected.

        2. Please check if your other wireless devices are affected when available for isolation.

        3. If the issue persists, we recommend doing a factory reset then reconfigure the settings. You may may find the link below helpful.
