Trying to configure D6200 modem router for iinet NBN

Hi , hoping someone can point us in the right direction.

Struggling to configure our netgear modem router to work with iinet NBN. Just seems like we have settings we are supposed to set for iinet but can't find the location of the settings in Netgear Genie. Spent over hour on phone to iinet trying to set it up together to no avail. It seems like there is only old screenshots of network genie floating around online that don't match up with what we are seeing on routerlogin.net.

Anyone had similar experience?

  • Hi, just wanted to say thanks - Firmware was what was causing us grief, we weren't seeing the new NBN fields in the outdated Netgear Genie. Your message gave me enough of a hint to track down what was wrong.

Anyone else who has a similar issue, ask your Internet Provider for details more than once (as originally they gave us the wrong login info), upgrade the Firmware if you don't see the settings you need to change.

       Firmware version?

For the non-psychics in your audience, could you offer any clues as
to what these "settings we are supposed to set for iinet" might be?

Tried genie autowizard a few times, not working. So tried configuring under advanced tab.

      - WAN type: PPPoE
      - VLAN ID: 2
