Unable to activate LAN ports (Link down) Firmware: V1.1.0.100_1.0.1
Hello,
The LAN-ports on my R6220 is incative. When connecting an ethernet cable from any of the routers ethernet ports to computer, Windows does not detect any cable with the network interface card.
The ethernet ports on the router does not present any light on the router when the cable is connected.
No detection of cable on the computers interface.
When performing the trouble shooting steps according to this article the lights on the routers LAN ports indicates connection.
Time for the ubiquitous factory reset - not sure this can resolve this issue. Is the router still under warranty?

With the link LED coming up on the suggested loopback-test, but not when connecting your computer the suspicion is that the computer network adapter is disabled or some power settings prevent enabling it so the Ethernet can't be enabled.

Thanks for replying.
I forgot to add information in the original post that no other computers gets connection through the LAN ports either.
The NIC's on the computers are enabled and do not have power settings enabled.Time for the ubiquitous factory reset - not sure this can resolve this issue. Is the router still under warranty?
