unable to log into the router configuration

I try logging into tbe rounterlogin.com and net address to change the IPV6 confiugration to fix the DNS error and all I get is the reset password screen everytime.  Plaese advise how to get to the configuration screen.

    Are you resetting the password? 
    If you're not meeting the minimum requirements it doesn't change it and triggers the reset process. 

    minimum requirements: 

    at least 10 characters

    1 upper case

    1 lower case

    1 special character

    1 number

      I have reset the password with the correct requirements, but keep getting the reset password screen everything I try to get into the login pages to get to the configration screen.
