Update firmware 1.0.0.80
started to install new firmware v1.0.0.80 and now I can not connect to my router. Have tried to reboot from the nighthawk phone app but keeps telling me can not connect. do I have to reset my router and lose all my setting??

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
What are all the led's doing on the router?

tried to reset router but that is not even working I have a R6120 — AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Router
Did a factory reset and all LEDs are green but still can not connect to the router.
how are you attempting to connect to it?
What address?
What response do you get?
Have you tried with a hardwired in pc/laptop?
is its wifi broadcasting?
Details are key since we aren't there to see what you're doing. With the led's on, its indicating its on and less likely to be bricked. So it could be an issue with how you're attempting to connect/setup.
