Update

Question

I have never been able to update my router software (currently V1.1.00.30). The error message is "Update failed".

I also can not get an "Advance" menu in my Genie software, which the documentation says leads to an alternative way to update. The "Genie" does not show it.

Any ideas of how I can do both?

Yes.&nbsp; With Windows 7 Pro and Google Chrome.
