I've been able to download the current firmware for the router. But I'm not able to log into http://www.routerlogin.net/ to complete the upgrade. I'm not remembering either the correct username or password. And it does not offer any option to retrieve or reset your user name of password. Would appreciate an assist. Thank you.

Thank you. No longer a problem. Simply needed the username and password in order to log into router.net for my wifi router. Found that it was "admin" and "password"

Which router? You may have given the forum this information, but it has not passed it on to the rest of us.

    Yup.Mark your answer as the solution and you may benefit people who turn up here with the same issue.
    
    For the benefit of others in the same boat, that's straight from the manual and the label on the back of the device.
    
    If you change it to something you have forgotten, you can get it back by doing a factory reset using the hole in the back of the device.
