Just needed to ask is it possible to use power line adapters In two separate buildings on same property?

To communicate between the two buildings?  Might depend on how power
is distributed to the two buildings.  I'd need to run the experiment.

You might get/find better information sooner in a more appropriate

I have done this. It works. But the speeds are poor. Depending on how far apart the buildings are, a wifi link might be better.

In my case the two buildings are about 10 metres apart. They run from the same mains inlet from the power company but the buildings have separate mains circuits and fuse boxes and all the associated circuit breakers. I can get a Powerline connection to work, but speeds drop down from around 60 Mbps to 5 Mbps.

You might do better if your mains circuits are simpler. My electrician is a stickler for safety and won't do anything that is against the rules.
