What is the brand and model of the VPN firewall you are using?  If ever it is a NETGEAR VPN Firewall, what is the current firmware version of it?

      Firmware updated to V1.0.0.26_10.0.26

       

      VPN adapter no seems to get an appropriate IP address and access is established.
