Wifi on iPhone but not not laptop or range extender
All of a sudden our wifi started acting up. I can access the internet with my desktop via ethernet cable (no wifi card on desktop) through the router and on wifi with my iPhone. I cannot access the internet with my laptop's wifi nor my father-in-law's laptop, and the wifi range extender no longer picks up the wifi signal either. What has happened? I have turned the router off and back on and I have hit the factory reset button. Our ISP says it isn't anything on their end; it is definitely the router. Any suggestions?
- Brother in law reset the router, and now it works. Never mind the fact that I reset it 2 times myself. Unbelievable.

Can you use the LAN connection (see below) to get into the device's web interface and check the wifi settings?
http://www.routerlogin.com/
or
http://www.routerlogin.net- collectionbinAspirantI can do that. What do I need to check?
The wifi settings.
Start on page 107 of the manual:

That is not Netgear firmware that I recognise.
The latest for you is probably: Firmware Version 1.0.0.38
