    Okay, so I was being dumb. Going to 192.168.2.1 brings me to my Belkin Router settings, where the wi-fi password that is shown there matches what I type on my phone and it simply tells me that it is the incorrect password. Same for my laptop, wi-fi repeater, laptop, and a few other phones in the house. I know, it's not a netgear issue anymore, but it still doesn't make any sense. I can see in plain-text what the wi-fi password currently is and it says it's incorrect on most devices trying to connect to it.

     

    EDIT:

    After finally managing to change the password, all devices work correctly with the new password. Odd issue.
