WIFI Range Extender Models EX6100 and EXS6190
Hi, we've just had NBN installed today NSW Australia. The above models of our wifi range extenders now don't work. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get them working NBN compatable?

Are you trying to set them up using the wps method?
That could be the issue.
Factory reset the extenders (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while they're fully powered on), then during the install, use the installation wizard and NOT wps.
I actually need the entire setup procedures. We moved house and I have not been able to locate the original instructions.

make sure to select the correct version from the drop down box
the EXS6190 is made by netgear for telstra. so netgear doesn't have a manual. But it should be similar to how you install the ex6100
