1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Are you able to connect other wireless devices (smartphones, laptop, tablet)?
3. Are the 2.4GHz and 5GHz LED's lit on the router?
4. You can try changing the wireless channel.
5. For isolation, try disabling the security on the wireless network and check if the wireless device/s can connect.
