WNDR3400 can't connect to readyshare on android
i have netgear n600 WNDR3400 router with built in samba server aka readyshare when i connect my windows and mac laptops i login in to my hhd no problem but on my android device i used many apps like es file explorer and same result i get i can't connect it require username and password but the pc doesnt and there is no options to configure that on the router any solution???? and i downloaded the genie app but i can't connect to the router ??? any solution ?? Thanks in advance

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Have you tried using another device (another Android, iOS)?
3. You may refer to the apps' support/dev on how to configure the app since it works with your other devices.
