WNDR3400 shows Not conneceted on Genie

On a weekly basis, Netgear Genie indicates WiFi Connection status as: "Not Connected". However, all of my devices continue to work with WiFi. I don't understand what the Genie message is indicating.

    Hi tman1,

     

    If you are viewing the NETGEAR Genie on a non-wireless capable device (Ethernet only) then it is normal since that will only indicate as "Connected" if the device where the Genie app is installed is connected via WiFi/wireless.
