WNDR3700v3 cant find WPS button

Where is the WPS button on this router? (Images will help)

Also, what is the difference between the GHz setting and how can I/should I change them to the higher setting?

I am trying to set up a wirelss printer. It is a Canon Pixma MX722. For the connection I need to press the WPS button on the router. I cant find that button.

I have a Windows 10 OS

While researching I found that the router has two different GHz 2.4 and 5. Which one should I use?
