wndr4300 no wireless in linux mint
i just installed linux mint on my thinkpad laptop & discovered I have no internet unless I plug in the cable.
I also have win7 on it & it will work wireless, no cable.
Anyone know the routine for getting it to work wireless in linux mint? or does it not do that.
using mint 17.3 cinnamon.
it started working.
i think it takes a bit longer to establish conn than cable.

i suspect missing drivers is the case but so far no luck finding them
i'd be interested to know if the combo of lenovo thinkpad + netgear +linux is a nogo as far as wireless is comcerned.
I'm beginning tio get that impression.

The problem isn't netgear (this time) you should take this up with your wifi card manufacture. Before changing OS it's a good idea to be sure your hardware is supported by checking for drivers.
Good Luck!
