WNR2000v5 router Wify connectivity issue with iphone SE

Hello,

I am facing problem using Wifi on my iphone SE. I have contacted Apple customer care and they trouble shooted in all possible ways and said there were no issues from their end. Also they suggested to update firmware on my router. I have checked the router firmare verison and it is up-to-date. The wify was working well with all other devices other than my iphone. The web pages (like facebook, youtube, google etc) load very slowly and even they won't load sometimes. Later i have also checked other wify networks connectivty on my iphone. There it was working good. I think there must be some issue with my Router.

Could any one help on this? It would be of great help and highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

That's strange. Did you try to reset the  network settings on the iPhone?

Also, for now what you can try is to change channel on the router.

Perhaps, just try to play around and check other channels since other devices are working perfectly.

      Hello ElaiineM,

Awesome! It worked for me. I have changed the channel from auto to 11 and tested the wify on my iphone. It does resolved the issue. Thank you so much for your help! Appreciated.
