Won't accept security question answers

Question

I have a Model R6350.&nbsp; I need to access the router network site.&nbsp; It wants me to reset the password, but it won't accept the correct answer to the two security questions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I know the information is correct, because I wrote it down.&nbsp; No one has access to this except me.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Where do I go from here?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;

I found the answer with a little searching but I don't think I can delete this question. Sorry for the duplication

The answer is to reset to factory default settings. For your particular router I suggest typing the model into your search engine and looking at the user manual.
