zipped file install?
I am unable to use the genie to download and install the latest firmware for my R6400v2 router. It is unable to connect to the netgear servers. I tried from my phone as well as my PC and I get the same result.
I downloaded the zipped firmware from the download page but I have no idea how to install that update into my router. Any ideas?

The .zip files have to be unpacked to reveal the actual FW files, then use a wired PC and web browser to send to the router using the routers web page:
