5GHz Network isn't showing (Model R700) - In Advanced it shows a red X not a green Check

I'm trying to get my router's 5GHz channel to show and be available (it isn't showing for any device currently).  The light on the physical router for the 5GHz is on like the other channel.  It says it's on in the wireless settings on routerlogin, but under the advanced tab it has a red x like the guest networks I don't have on.  

Edit to add picture and:  I've already done the in-login reboot as well as erasing all data from the backup and starting fresh.  Neither worked.
