AC 2100 will not connect to internet.reset, reboot, nothing. The second light is orange.

More details are needed. 1. What firmware is on the router?2. What modem/gateway is it connected to? 3. 2nd button from left/right? if its on the left its the internet icon and means it detected a connection to a modem.

I don’t know what firmware, it is connected to a Viasat modem has been no trouble. Yes the internet icon light is amber/orange. I got this in April 2020.I am using the old net gear 2.4 that I kept for now.

I just went through the whole process again, nothing. No internet connection. I used the nighthawk app . First light white, second light amber, third white, 11 and 12 white. The net gear n600 works .

Which viasat modem is it? Some have integrated modem/router combo devices and cause a double nat. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
