AC2300 R7000P Sound cuts out

Question

Hello everyone!&nbsp;During live streaming (e.g., via Zoom), my R7000P drops 3-5 seconds of audio every 20 seconds or so.&nbsp; This happens on two different computers, with either WiFi or hard-wired connections.&nbsp; My older (slower) NetGear router didn't do this.&nbsp;Sugestions?&nbsp; Thoughts?&nbsp;Thanks!&nbsp; Best,Kenno123

Many thanks, PLemans.&nbsp;Firmware:&nbsp; V1.3.1.64 (up to date).Speeds, per the NightHawk app:&nbsp;&nbsp; Download:&nbsp; 202.81 Mbps&nbsp; Upload:&nbsp; 36.73 Mbps.&nbsp; Ping:&nbsp; 11.68 msCableModem:&nbsp; Optimum/Arris:&nbsp; TM1602A (worked fine with my older, slower NetGear router).Definitely happens during Zoom conferences; I need to check some others.&nbsp;Thanks again!&nbsp;&nbsp;Kenno

What firmware are you on?&nbsp;
What modem/gateway is it connected to?&nbsp;
What speeds do you pay for?&nbsp;
What speeds do you get wired?&nbsp;
Does it only happen on zoom or on different streaming services as well?

Test the speeds on the devices having issues (and in the location they're used in), not via the nighthawk app. The app hosts the test directly on the router and won't reflect your wireless speeds/issues.&nbsp;

Did it just start or has it been going on since you got the router?
Are your devices on the 2.4ghz of 5ghz signal? (hint 2.4ghz is slower and suffers from more interference)

It shouldn't impact zoom but you could try disabling sip alg and rebooting the router.&nbsp;

I have the same issue but usually only with wired connection on my R7000P and the latest firmware. Firmware Version
V1.3.1.64_10.1.36. My audio cuts out every once in a while for 3-5 seconds.
