AC2400 Can't Log in to Nighthawk app.

Hi there,
I can't log in to the Nighthawk app on Android (Samsung S20 FE)
It asks "login required" admin and password. I use the right password and get a message "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device." I can log in to the router setting throw ip-address. So the issue is between the phone and the app. 
I installed and downloaded the app, reset the password, it didn't help. I used another phone to log in, I always get the same above message.

Netgear support doesn't help too. You are my only hope.

    Hi Vovan4ik, we'd like to know the following.

     

    What is the firmware version of the router?

    Have you tried resetting the router back to factory settings?

      Thank you for helping me.
      I use the latest version Router Firmware Version V1.2.0.88_1.0.1
      I didn't try to reset it to the factory reset.  I'm afraid of I can't login at all. :) I have the issue only with the app.  I could use it as "access everywhere", but after reinstalling the app I lost this feature too.

        Have you tried rebooting the device instead as suggested?
