AC2400 Can't Log in to Nighthawk app.
Hi there,
I can't log in to the Nighthawk app on Android (Samsung S20 FE)
It asks "login required" admin and password. I use the right password and get a message "Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device." I can log in to the router setting throw ip-address. So the issue is between the phone and the app.
I installed and downloaded the app, reset the password, it didn't help. I used another phone to log in, I always get the same above message.
Netgear support doesn't help too. You are my only hope.

Thank you for helping me.
I use the latest version Router Firmware Version V1.2.0.88_1.0.1
I didn't try to reset it to the factory reset. I'm afraid of I can't login at all. :) I have the issue only with the app. I could use it as "access everywhere", but after reinstalling the app I lost this feature too.- DexterJBNETGEAR Moderator
Have you tried rebooting the device instead as suggested?
