Got ahold of my isp and they were able to erase the 2 IP's that were showing. Reset my Netgear orbi router and now it works.

  • Do a factory reset. There's a Reset button at the back of the router. Press it in for 7-10 seconds, then release. You'll have to set up again everything. If you have a backup of your settings, you can safely load it and bypass setting from scratch

I reset it and it gets all the way to the spot that says checking cable ✔️.. then checking internet and icon spins for a while then it says no internet try again? And I tried again but same result.

You have a piece of Netgear hardware in there somewhere?

    If so, what is it?
