Any updates on guest network in AP mode

Hi, understand that Routers in AP mode in the past, that Guest network does not isolate from local network.

Just wondered if this has been changed now as I have a spare Netgear RAX10 that is going to be use as a AP over a wifi bridge to my sons house and wanted to isolate his children to guest network only but his cable access needs local network access etc for Plex.
